Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a 7-day free trial and no credit card required. When it ends we keep capturing your orders for two more days while you choose a plan, so nothing is lost.
Do you charge per order?
No. Pricing is a flat monthly fee for your plan. You’re never punished with per-order charges for scaling.
What happens if I go over my order limit?
Your orders keep being captured and are safely queued. Upgrade your plan or add an order pack and they unlock instantly — you never lose an order.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. Paddle is our Merchant of Record and adds the correct VAT for your country at checkout, with a proper invoice.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Pay yearly and you get two months free — you pay for ten months and get twelve.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
