Who We Are
OrderSilo is built by a small, product-focused team with years of hands-on experience running cash-on-delivery ecommerce across multiple European markets.
We are operators turned builders: engineers, designers, and growth people who have lived the daily chaos of refused deliveries, duplicate phone numbers, and ad campaigns that never tied back to real orders.
Our job is not to sell generic order software. It is to give serious COD businesses one calm, reliable control room — order management, fraud protection, and attribution included from day one.

How It Started
The idea did not come from a pitch deck. It came from Monday mornings spent reconciling Excel exports with courier tracking pages, and discovering — too late — that the same customer had ordered three times under slightly different phone numbers.
We were spending heavily on Meta and TikTok but could not confidently answer which campaign produced which delivered order. Fraud was a line item nobody talked about until margins disappeared.
We looked for a tool that understood COD: refusal rates, landing-page-first workflows, and European phone formats. Nothing fit without duct-taping five products together. So we started building the one we needed.
OrderSilo is designed for European COD operators and hosted within the EU (AWS Frankfurt). We support customers running operations across multiple countries — Romania, Spain, Portugal, Hungary, Poland, and beyond — from a single account.
